Breathwork is at the heart of everything we do—an active meditation that regulates the nervous system, clears stagnant energy, and makes space for healing and clarity. All workshops weave in elements of breathwork alongside journaling, visualization, and group dialogue. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes and can be tailored for companies, schools, sororities, wellness groups, or community organizations. _________________________________________________________________________________ Breathwork Sessions Intro to Breathwork Workshop A foundational session where participants learn the science, experience gentle breathing patterns, and leave with simple tools to practice on their own. Breathwork Journey(s) A full session focused only on the breath, paired with curated music, journaling prompts, and optional group sharing for integration. _________________________________________________________________________________ Wellness Workshops Rooted Resilience: Wellness Tools for Everyday Stress Participants learn simple body-based strategies like breathwork and grounding techniques to regulate their nervous system and steady themselves during stressful moments. Release & Reset: Letting Go and Renewing A restorative session where participants soften the grip of old stress, self-doubt, or heavy energy and create space for something lighter, leaving with renewed clarity and focus. Breathe, Dream, Create: A Visioning Experience Through breathwork, meditation, and journaling, participants reconnect with their deeper dreams, tap into creativity, and move past the “what ifs” that often get buried under stress. Mapping Your Mind: Visioning Through Clarity + Breath Participants use mind mapping to visually organize professional and personal aspirations, then pair the practice with breathwork, journaling, and discussion to embody their envisioned goals. Inner Child Connection: Healing Through Compassion & Play A creative and reflective session that uses meditation, breathwork, and self-expression to reconnect with the playful, curious parts of the self and foster joy and self-compassion. Custom Workshops Available Sessions can be designed in collaboration with your group’s needs. ✨ Each workshop includes curated music, guided breathwork or meditation, structured reflection, creative activity, and take-away tools for continued use.
