Daily Freedom Blocks

I’m Nnemoma — I'm a transformational life coach, somatic breathwork guide, and the founder of Essence of Freedom™.
I built The Freedom Activation because I lived the problem it solves.
Firstborn Nigerian-American daughter. The capable one everyone counted on. I spent 3+ years overthinking, hiding, and starting over on a business I knew I was called to build.
I had the vision. I had the ideas. I had the time. I was still not moving.
When I finally learned to regulate my nervous system, trust my inner authority, and move from embodiment instead of fear, everything changed. Not just my business. Me.
Three years ago I didn't know if I could actually do this. But since then I’ve led breathwork sessions on the beaches of Costa Rica, I run regular group breathwork activations for retreats, universities and local businesses in CA, I lead Free Souls Club and supporting the dopeset group of women walking their freedom path, and watch women I've coached launch beautiful offerings for their communities and get paid the way they deserve.
All while remaining in a calm body and allowing God to lead the whole way 🦋
