How much time does this actually take?

How soon will I feel a difference ?

Many women feel a real shift within the first two to three weeks, especially in their energy, their self-talk, and their ability to take action without spiraling. The deeper transformation compounds through the full 6 weeks.

What makes this different from other programs?
